about

Common Sense | Single

You may or may not have heard thsi from the previous album "So I Pressed Record," an album i produced at a very early stage of producing and very little time. I used this song that was recorded professionally at STUDIO WEST to make the album have worth.

This song came out great thanks to Steven Brown on drums, and for the amazing production by Andy Walsh, at Studio West.

This song still means something for me.

It was a day where literally everyone i encountered called me (a 19 year old at the time) someone who "Doesn't know any better." And to be honest, i probably didn't. But it simply got me thinking of how EVERYONE thinks different, and how in the very cliche way breaks us down.

I hope this song can reflect these things:
Don't be afraid to try again.
When someone says no to you, try reasoning and understanding why.
A pretty catchy halftime.
Cool whistling (Done by the talented Avalon Young)
and above all, Be someone who doesn't care what people think.

Cheesy....yes. But it's music. Sooooooo deal with it.
